A precision 4" nom. swage press for the production of hose assemblies of all types.  Designed specifically for service van operation.  24 VDC c/w isolator.  The BS1140/24M/SPORT has an indexing shoe cluster that provides auto lubrication with >97% efficiency.  Single button operation where correct installed diameter is achieved, stopped, then automatic rapid retract to fully open position.  Able to crimp all hydraulic hoses to 2" diameter/isobaric 6000.

Spacer Set SP140-50

SP140-50

The SP140-50 Spacer Set allows for the use of more economical Type 50 die sets for swaging diameters less than 90mm. For diameters greater than 90mm, the SP140-50 Spacer Set is removed and the Type 140 die sets are used.
