A precision 4" nom. swage press for the production of hose assemblies of heavy construction.  Supplied with software enabling rapid retrieval of crimp data and utilisation of safety/product integrity systems.  The press is of a design with a large aperture enabling easy insertion/removal of swept bent hose couplings.  This press utilises dies of the “pinless” design.

Spacer Set SP140-50

SP140-50

The SP140-50 Spacer Set allows for the use of more economical Type 50 die sets for swaging diameters less than 90mm. For diameters greater than 90mm, the SP140-50 Spacer Set is removed and the Type 140 die sets are used.
